The 2nd Annual Girls Make Beats x Fem The Future Winter Camp Close Out Event

The Girls Make Beats x Fem the Future Winter Songwriting Camp concluded with an inspiring close-out celebration that highlighted a week of creativity, collaboration, and growth. Designed to guide participants through the full music-making process, the camp empowered students to create original work—from producing beats and writing lyrics to recording and preparing for live performance.

The week culminated in a final showcase at The Village, where students shared their original songs in front of peers, mentors, family, and community supporters. The event celebrated not only the music created, but also the confidence, skills, and artistic voices developed throughout the camp.

The close-out featured a special panel of judges made up of industry leaders and creatives who offered encouragement and feedback to the students, including: Nicole Schmidt, Chief Engineer at The Village, Tiffany Miranda, Founder of Girls Make Beats, Bee-B, Artist and Songwriter, and KJ Rose, “The Artist Whisperer,” Fem the Future.

Special thanks were extended to Fem the Future for powering this winter camp and to The Village studios for hosting and supporting the next generation of music creators.The Girls Make Beats x FEM the Future Winter Songwriting Camp was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when young women are given access, mentorship, and space to create.
